Robin Hood

After the success of the previous years Peter Pan poster, Hunting Town was hired again by the Bolton Octagon to create the artwork for their next winter production of Robin Hood. This time so as to keep design distinct from last years, we used a much more painterly approach and gave the artwork a night-time setting. By creating the artwork in layers each of the characters and the background elements could be moved independently allowing this single illustration to be re-purposed for use in brochures and different sized advertising materials.
